Introduction
This Privacy Policy applies to the Violin Craft app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by DOBROV. DOBROV is referred to in this policy as the “Service Provider”.
Violin Craft is a luthier workshop journal, instrument build tracker, measurement recorder, production diary, climate logger, calculator/template utility, reminder system, and local workshop storage tool.
What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
The Application does not collect, log, sell, share, or store personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required.
If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data, such as an ephemeral IP address, may be transmitted as part of normal network connectivity. This data is not retained by DOBROV and is not used for tracking.
Violin Craft may allow users to create local records such as instrument names, instrument type selections, Violin / Viola / Cello / Bass projects, creation dates, client preference notes, material trait notes, tonal intention notes, Cremona / Mittenwald / Busseto tradition settings, Draft / Active Build / Varnish Stage states, Measures tab entries, plate measurements, rib measurements, arching curvature values, setup readings, Notes tab entries, Photos tab images, Climate tab entries, temperature values, Relative Humidity values, calculator settings, template preferences, measurement units, mm / cm / inches preferences, reminder settings, local storage actions, and app settings. These records are stored locally on the user’s device unless a future feature clearly states otherwise.
Does the Application collect precise real-time location information?
No. Violin Craft does not collect precise real-time location information from your mobile device.
Do third parties see or have access to information obtained by the Application?
No. Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, no personal data is shared with third parties.
DOBROV does not sell personal data, does not rent personal data, and does not use personal data for advertising profiles.
Data Retention
DOBROV does not retain personal information from normal use of Violin Craft because the Application does not collect personal information.
Instrument journals, measurements, notes, photos, climate histories, preferences, reminders, and local app records remain on the user’s device unless the user deletes them, uninstalls the app, clears device storage, or a future feature clearly explains a different storage method.
If a user voluntarily contacts DOBROV by email or another external channel, DOBROV may retain that communication only as long as needed to respond to the request, support the user, meet legal obligations, or maintain reasonable business records.
Data Deletion
Because Violin Craft does not collect or store personal data on DOBROV servers, there is no server-side app account or cloud profile to delete.
Users can delete local app data by using available in-app reset or clear-data controls where provided, clearing the app’s storage through device settings, deleting individual records where supported, or uninstalling the Application from the device.
If you contacted DOBROV directly and voluntarily provided information outside the app, you may request deletion of that information by contacting support@dobrov.ink.
Opt-out rights
Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, uninstalling it removes the Application from your device. Users can also manage local data through device storage controls or in-app reset tools where available.
Children
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. DOBROV does not knowingly solicit data from children or market to them.
Since Violin Craft does not collect personal information through normal use, children’s data is not collected by the Application. If a minor voluntarily contacts DOBROV by another means, a parent or guardian should provide consent where required by law.
Security
Because the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of personal data exposure is minimal. However, no security system is completely secure. DOBROV applies reasonable safeguards for systems and any information voluntarily provided outside the Application.
Data Breach Notification
Since the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of a data breach affecting app-held personal data is minimal. If a breach occurs involving information voluntarily provided to DOBROV outside the app, DOBROV will notify affected users as required by applicable law.
No accounts or authorization
The DOBROV website and the Violin Craft application information pages do not require user registration, login, account creation, password reset, authorization, or protected user dashboards.
Changes
DOBROV may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Where required by law, DOBROV will seek consent before material changes take effect.

Your Consent
If you voluntarily provide information to DOBROV and processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
